Congratulations to Flirtatous on her recent State Title win at the Victorian Paint Horse Association Show. She also placed well in her halter futurity class, and was the highest placed Mare or Filly. Natalie was very happy with the lovely comments made about her by the American Judge

Summer Sizzler and Auatralian Halter Showcase 2009
Unfortunatly I missed most of both of these shows - so hopefully will not miss anyone
YLS Quizzical Won the Junior Western Pleasure at the Summer Sizzler, and finalled in the 4 & 5 y/o Feature Pleasure at AHS. I was great to see Simone out showing her as well.
YLS Expensive Hobby was at Summer Sizzler and he and Karin won the Amatuer Horsemanship.
YLS Sassy and Helen placed in the Amatuer Pleasure at AHS
YLS Cool Seekin Rythm started off a very successful week of showing for him and Blaze with a win in the Junior Hunter Under Saddle at Summer Sizzler
Paula Di Cantalo had many wins and placing throughout the 2 shows and finished the week by winning the Jayes Park Senior Horse Western Pleasure Showcase
Pawsitively Blazing and Stephanie competed in there first Amatuer Pleasure class at AHS and came home with a buckle
Taylah Jo Watts won the youth 11 years and under at AHS as well as receiving an encouragement award from the judges.
A Poetic Breeze had two very good shows, and helped Paula received her first Australian Halter Showcase buckle
Flirtatous did us proud with a second place in the Australian Halter Showcase Yearling Halter Futurity

Congratulation's to YLS Cool Seekin Rhythm on wining High Point Junior Horse of the Southern Circuit, ridden by his youth owner Bylze Williams ( who ended up taking out 3 High Point Awards over all the shows ) It was great to finish on such a high note - especially with some very nice comments from the judge.

Well were home at last, everyone did really well, especially
- Taylah Watts with a win in the Junior horse Hunter Under Saddle, no mean feat for a 10y/o. They had plenty of wins through the course of the show, including the Youth Feature Hunter Under Saddle
- Pawsitively Blazing put his best hoof forward for a win in the Feature Hunter Saddle. He didn't let the team down with a placing in the Feature Amateur Western Pleasure, (his first time under lights) as well as 2nd and 3rd in the points classes the following day.
- Winderadeen Gay Bar Mickey did very well including winning the Feature Amateur Western Pleasure and a second in the Feature Western Pleasure
- J Bar C Pawsitively Not Passin placing second and fourth in the amateur and junior Western Pleasure also placing in the Feature Amateur Western Pleasure, (his first time under lights).

I finally decided to put Barney ( J Bar C Pawsitively Not Passin ) on the market, and the good little boy went out and won the Junior and the Amateur Junior Western Pleasure at the Southern Circuit, now I feel even worse.

Finally they have both arrived, after what felt like an eternity, both the new mares had there foals. The "Coats N Tails" foal was born in broad daylight.

This was a big day Wylie (CCK Paws and Pash Me) was off to his new home with a very excited Mandy just waiting for his arrival. Tootcee Bar was loaded onto the float with him, to go to her new owner Jeanette who had no idea that she was arriving (she was a surprise from her mum).

This was the start of a very busy weekend for us, firstly it was off to Werribee on Saturday morning, with Flirtatious wining the Open Weanling Futurity, it has been a long time since I did halter and I am going to try to make sure that David does that from now on. Glamorous was third in the Open Weanling Futurity with David for Di and Peter White. Then It was off to Tonimbuk with Pawsitively Blazing, who as usual did a great job with Stephanie McDonald on board to win the Senior, Youth and Open Hunter Under Saddle Challenge.
Blaze was back in great form on the Sunday to win both the Senior and the Youth Western Pleasure and get second in the Open Western Pleasure Challenge. Glamorous also was awarded second in the Weaning Futurity at the Paint State Show. |

| Congratulation's to Lesly and Gary on finally getting there girls home. What started out as Lesly's Christmas present has shown up just in time for her Valantines Day present. Due to the EI lockdown Smart Sue and her This Invitation filly foal Sally have finally reached there new home today, we hope to see her out and about soon.

We have just returned from the Southern Circuit, and it was great to see everyone after our enforced break from showing, thankyou to the organiser's I am sure a good time was had by all,
- YLS Tranquillity was awarded Grand Champion Halter Mare and High point Halter Mare of the circuit
- YLS Pawsitively became a State Champion in both open and Amateur Western Pleasure
- Her daddy Pawsitively Blazing had a very successful circuit with his owner Stephanie McDonald on board
- all in the family, Taylah Jo Watts and J Bar C Keep Ya Paws Off had a great show to come home with the High Point Youth 11 years and under
- Brooke Trotter fresh from her trip to the States, rode Chipaholic into the winner's circle.
