Blazin Blue Jeans, was unshown, she carries the bloodlines of some of the most recognized bloodlines in the quarter horse industry today. She carries three crosses of Zippo Pine Bar, as well as Blazing Hot, Hot Rodders Jet Set, Invitation Only, Barpasser, Zippo Pat Bars and Impressive.

Gil presented Pawsitively Blazing at his first show (Sept 2001), the NSBA Texas Lone Star Futurity, for a champion in Open and the Limited Western Pleasure,  and a champion in the Texas Breeders Classic Western pleasure. With winnings in excess of USD$8500 from his first outing, Pawsitively Blazing was ranked in the NSBA Top Ten Two Yr old Pleasure horses in the world (Oct 2001). Pawsitively Blazing left America early due to the 9/11 attacks.
